INTRODUCTION

Culture, for many authors, can be described as a system of common aspects such us behaviors, beliefs or experiences that lead human interaction (Kramsch, 1993); (Yassine, 2006); (Gurney, 2005). In foreign language teaching, understanding the culture under the frame of the aforementioned concept has caused a discussion towards language and culture. Many times, academics and teachers have asked themselves whether we teach language through culture or, culture through language. This, as long as human interaction requieres verbal or non verbal communication. Consequently, there is a strong relation between these two concepts.

To clarify and give a possible solution to this disjunctive. Pourkalhor (2017) states that: Language is a means to develop and transmit the culture as well as to communicate within the culture (Pourkalhor, 2017. p23). In this regards, the present blog contains a complete and detailed analysis with reference to the relationship between language and culture and, language and education. To do so, videos and interviews were carried out along with an essay in which different variables, therories and perseptions were gathered. In addition, the oral tradition, culture and influence of English was analyzed in three different countries in order to foresee the importance of the oral cultural traditions in  the foreign language teaching and learning process.
